Return and Refund Policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@shoptotalweightloss.com. Returns will need to be sent to the following address: 11602 Claymont Cir, Windermere Florida, 34786.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and Non Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods such as supplements Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases Sale items or gift cards Digital products, including cookbooks and downloadable guides, once accessed or downloaded App subscriptions once activated

Personal Coaching
Personal coaching is application based. After purchase, you will receive a pre qualification form within minutes to ensure coaching is the right fit.
If approved, you will receive your onboarding details and program access. Once onboarding has begun, coaching fees are non refundable.
If you are not approved through the pre qualification process, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded within 3 to 5 business days.
By purchasing coaching, you agree to complete the pre qualification form within 7 days of purchase. If the form is not completed within that window, your order may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
This cooling off period does not apply to digital products once accessed, or to personal coaching once onboarding has begun.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
