Vitamin K2+D3

Vitamin K2+D3 combines 125 mcg (5,000 IU) of vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol with 90 mcg of vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 (MK-7) in each capsule. Vitamin D supports normal calcium absorption, bone health, and immune function; vitamin K supports normal blood clotting and proteins involved in bone mineralization.*

Each bottle contains 60 capsules, providing 60 servings. Take one capsule daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Before use: This is a higher-dose vitamin D formula. Its 5,000 IU serving exceeds the general adult upper intake level of 4,000 IU per day from all sources. Consult your healthcare professional to determine whether this dose is appropriate, especially if you take blood thinners or other medications. Do not start, stop, or change vitamin K intake while taking warfarin without your prescriber’s guidance.
